Upon moving to Atlanta in 1997 I worked for ING Groupe managing their fixed income desk through May of 2000. I spent one year at the University of Georgia completing my MBA in Finance. Upon graduation in 2001 I entered into real estate development forming Gardner Real Estate Inc. I worked primarily with Destiny Properties of Orlando, Florida developing single-family residences and retail space. I have worked in residential sales since the spring of 2004. National Association of Realtors Personal Married to my wife Kelly since 2002, we have two beautiful children. Ava Riley (4) and Chase Braddock (2). We also have a four-legged child of the labrador retriever variety named Bowden. Most of our spare time is spent chasing kids or working on our house. We belong to Northpoint Community Church and love just hanging out with our friends and family.  |
