Schools systems in Georgia are primarily county systems along with a few city systems. Most of the school systems include Elementary schools grade levels of 1-5th grades. Middle schools consist of 6-8th grade. High school of 9-12th grade. The great majority of people that we meet, who have moved to the Atlanta area, are surprised and happy with the quality of the schools that they find. We are primarily working with families who move into the city of Atlanta and northern suburbs who find the systems of Dekalb, North Fulton, Forsyth, Cobb and Gwinnett counties to compare very well with the schools where their children have been in other cities. Listed below are the web sites for each of the major city and county systems Top Ten Schools for Elementary, Middle, and High School. Additional website links and contact information to the Private school systems for each county are also available. Should you require additional information, just click on the Official County website link or the Public System Report Card.
